About this selection

Whole-bean micro-lots, roasted in Alcover every Monday and Thursday.

Sufí Kafé is a specialty coffee roaster in the Camp de Tarragona, Spain. We buy short lots from named producers in Colombia and El Salvador, roast them in small batches at our roastery in Alcover and ship them across mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the European Union. Every bag carries its roast date.

Espresso, omniroast and filter

Whole bean only

We don’t grind. A micro-lot loses its aromatics fast once ground, so it leaves the roastery whole and gets ground at home right before brewing. Every product page lists country, region, producer, variety, altitude, process, tasting notes and the recipe we cup it with.

To try them all

The Tasting Pack brings the five micro-lots together in 100 g bags. And once you’ve found yours, the Club Sufí sends it every month or every two weeks; members get each new micro-lot before the website does.

FAQ

How fresh is the coffee I receive?

We roast on Mondays and Thursdays and your order ships from the latest batch. The roast date is printed on the bag, and if it reaches you more than two weeks after roasting, we replace it.

How long does shipping take and how much is it?

We roast every Monday and Thursday and orders leave the roastery within 24-48 h; in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands they are usually with you 1-2 working days later (3-7 days elsewhere in the EU). Spain: €6.50, free from €40. Other EU countries have their own rates and free-shipping thresholds.

Which coffee for my brew method?

For espresso or moka, the Cóndor Project. For V60, Chemex, Aeropress or Kalita, Bourbon Pola or Castillo Pola. If you switch between both, the Colombian omniroasts.
