Each batch goes through our roaster in Tarragona in small quantities, just before shipping. No coffee that has been sitting on the shelf for months: the roast date is printed on every bag so you know exactly when it's at its best.
Why it matters:
- Vibrant aromas: coffee loses nuances after 30 days post-roast.
- Traceability: producer, farm, varietal, and process in each microlot.
- Philosophy: if we wouldn't drink it, we don't ship it.
