How it works

Three steps and done

    You pick your level

    Esencial if you want the usual one; Microlotes if you'd rather we chose. And you decide whether you want it every month or every two weeks.

  2. 02

    We roast and it ships

    Your bag goes into the Monday or Thursday roast at the Alcover roastery and leaves within 24–48 hours. Never from an old lot sitting in a warehouse.

  3. 03

    You change it whenever you like

    Pause, skip a delivery, switch level or cancel. From your account, without calling anyone.

  • Free shipping from €40 The 1 kg and 2 kg formats are always above that amount, so every delivery ships free.
  • Member price Every bag costs you less than buying it on its own, with no codes and no promotions that expire.
  • The short lots, first Some microlots run out in weeks. Members get them before they reach the shop.
  • No commitment There's no minimum number of months. If you want to leave, you leave.

Frequently asked questions

When am I charged?
The first month is charged when you sign up, and after that every month (or every two weeks, if you choose that frequency) on the same date. You'll get an email before each charge.
When does my coffee arrive?
Your lot goes into the Monday or Thursday roast at our Alcover roastery and leaves within 24–48 h. In mainland Spain it's usually with you 1-2 working days after dispatch; in the rest of the European Union, 3 to 7.
Can I pause or cancel?
Always, from your account, in one click. No commitment, no phone calls, no small print. Going on holiday? Pause a month and pick it up when you're back.
Which coffee will I get on Microlotes?
Whichever one the roaster picks that month from the season's filter coffees. We don't repeat a lot for at least four months, so every delivery is a different coffee.
Can I switch level?
Yes. Write to hola@sufikafe.com and we'll move you from Esencial to Microlotes (or the other way round) for the next delivery.
Do you send it ground?
No. Whole bean only, so the coffee arrives alive. If you don't have a grinder yet, we have a starter kit to get you going.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping to mainland Spain is €4.90, and it's free on any delivery reaching €40. The 1 kg and 2 kg formats are already above that, so they always ship free.
What do I get as a member besides the price?
You get every microlot and every drop before anyone else, priority seats at the roastery cuppings, and the exact recipe for your lot in each box.
What are the founding places?
The club's first 50 members. They get the first lot, a reserved seat at the first roastery cupping and their member price locked in for as long as they stay.
Can I give the Club as a gift?
We'll have gift subscriptions set up soon. If you want one now, write to us and we'll put it together by hand.
