About this selection
Our microlots built for filter: V60, Chemex, Aeropress or Kalita. Specialty coffee roasted on Mondays and Thursdays at our roastery in Alcover, Camp de Tarragona.
Right now: two micro-lots from Carlos Pola at Finca Las Brisas (Juayúa, El Salvador). Bourbon Pola, honey, with caramel, plum and almond; and Castillo Pola, an eight-day anaerobic natural, with black cherry, panela and cacao. Whole bean only, with the real roast date on the bag.
