Shipping policy
Getting your order ready
We roast every Monday and Thursday in small lots at our roastery in Alcover (Tarragona). Orders are packed and leave the roastery within 24-48 hours (1 to 2 working days) of confirmation, so the coffee reaches you freshly roasted.
Spain
We ship to all of Spain with Correos Express and SEUR. The price depends on the destination and, for the islands, on the order weight (up to 3 bags of 250 g fall within the first tier).

Delivery to the mainland and the Balearic Islands usually takes 2 to 4 business days. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the time depends on the carrier and is shown in the tracking.
European Union
We ship to the 26 EU countries with SEUR, UPS and Correos Express. The price depends on the destination and, in some zones, on the order weight:

Delivery within the EU usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the country. No customs or duties: everything ships from Spain within the single market. We do not ship to the Azores or Madeira.

Times may vary for reasons outside our control (weather, logistics or public holidays).
